Why not try it?

Creativity is open to anyone

The benefits of Wellbeing Arts can be quite broad. It can improve lives by helping people improve their mental, emotional, and even physical states such as coping with pain better. It can raise the quality of life for many people, and it’s worth considering if it can aid you in some way or another.

Creative expression is something that many people wouldn't necessarily think of as a means of improving their wellbeing. If you've never considered it before it's well worth exploring as a catalyst for healing.
